The deluxe apartment was clean and set up perfectly for a family of 4! It was adjoining rooms with one unit having a kitchenette and both had full bathrooms. Good blackout curtains in the rooms allowed us the finally catch up from our jet lag and crazy schedule! The location was great as it was walking distance to the market, castle, park, garden and most of where we wanted to be. We did walk several times to kanazawa station as well but it was about 15 minutes even with our rolling luggage. The staff was very kind and it was nice to have a simple breakfast available in the morning with juice/tea/coffee.

There was a lobby with tables that you can use to work. WiFi is fast enough. I had a work zoom call and it worked great. There are microwaves in the lobby to warm up the food. The shower in our room was amazing: good pressure. Stuff is friendly. Very close to everything.

Location is great, feels fancy but simple. Entering the property is fine if you don't mind fiddling with QR-codes, websites, and apps to help save on Reception costs. The connected-family room was ok, allowed our group of 4 adults + 2 kids, but felt mostly like two separate rooms awkwardly connected with a door that was somehow always in the way. There was shampoo/body soap, but no coffee/tea despite mugs available. Be sure to go to a convenience store for hot drinks.

Very convenient to all the attractions around Kanazawa :)

Great location, everything was accessible by a short 10-20 minute walk. Hotel was really spacious compared to a lot of other hotels.
