The place was very spacious and clean! It was great!
Room very big and give a lot of hangers in the room , Onsen is Good , Near shopping street , a lot of restuarant around hotel
Location was good, near to the Okaido shopping district with many restaurants nearby. Amenities provided were good and room was clean.
The twin room was great, spacious and with a large desk where two persons can use a laptop simultaneously. The charging ports were organized very well, available both for the desk and the beds, and it was very convenient. The bathroom and shower were also in top condition.
The staff was very welcoming, and the guidebook shown at check in is so cute!
Great location close to castle and restaurants with nice onsen to relax in after sightseeing. Room was fine. Female staff who checked me in was nice and friendly and spoke clear and steady Japanese to me to guide me through the process as I was using Japanese. I wish every check in I experience in Japan using Japanese was as good as this.
