Clean, nice location, friendly staff, efficient service, lots of restaurants and convenience store in the basement. Easy access to Nakanoshima station also in the basement, regular shuttle service to and from Osaka station.
Room was small. Not hotel's fault as we opted for this based on price. Room didn't have a closet or in-room safe. Mattress was too soft. Hotel charges 6480 yen per gym use and 3280 yen per use of swimming pool. Worked out in the room and ran outside instead. That single use gym rate is even more expensive than a 1-month membership in a fitness center in the Philippines.
