Well equipped room. A few nice food stores nearby.

The location is good and the room is big enough for a family of 5.

Ample space in the hotel room, it was very clean and comfortable beds. We liked that there was a couch as well as a table and comfortable chairs for seating options. The location was good, 12 minute walk to dotombori, a 7/11 2 min walk away, nice views of the river from the window. The staff did their best with their limited English to help us sort out our luggage transfer service, they were very helpful.

The staff were all lovely and accommodating. Location was only ok for us, as we were travelling with 4 young kids, so needed access to lifts/elevators for our pram, which was further walk down (about 10-15 minutes). Otherwise if you're good with stairs only, this would be a great location for you. Some good local restaurants within walking distance. Room was nice and big, the biggest we've stayed in during our Japan trip.

Large room. Washing Machine and Microwave. About 10 minute walk from Dotonbori, Close to two train stations - easy walking distance. Sleeps 5 in Family room. Provided toiletries.
