I liked the facilities, they were clean and comfortable. The location of the place, was the best, it close to the places that we wanted to visit. I also liked the staff, they were very courteous with anything with needed.

Das Hotel liegt an der Panamerika, einer wirklich lauten Straße. Wenn man ins Hotel kam, war es wie eine Oase: ruhig, alles neu renoviert, Dusche heiß, Betten gut, es gab alles, was man braucht. Die Inhaberin kümmert sich sehr nett.

The place was great! The staff was excellent they always gave you tea and coffee when you enter the hotel with little snacks. Great proper breakfast and a bathtub!!! I lived in Cuenca and first time staying in this hotel

The private room was quaint and very clean. Also( everyone who worked there was so attentive. They also offer a simple free breakfast (toast and butter), plus heftier options at a discounted rate of $1.50 ($4-5 for non-guests).

The hotel has a great boutique vibe it's right on the main tourist street on Calle Larga they have a nice simple breakfast with unlimited coffee and water. The room was spacious and comfortable and a great deal.
