The rooms are beautiful, the food was absolutely amazing but the biggest plus are the staff .. everybody attentive, kind and smiling. From the reception to the wait staff, all of them were amazing.

The hotel is set in a beautiful location in the picturesque town of Busteni. The host were incredibly helpful and generous. I really enjoyed using the sauna and and hot tub, which is perfect after a long day of skiing.
