Older property with lots of character and charm. Nice big bedroom. Wonderful staff. Cozy fireplace to sit by with leather couches to chat with other guest or read. Nice bar/restaurant with good food.

The property is beautiful and guest are given access to a large lounge area. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful. I was looked after admirably by the owner If ever I am in the area again I will definitely try and book a room.

The room was comfortable and clean. the breakfast options were very good and they were very tasty. it is about a 20-25 min walk to Stirling central on sidewalks.

the location was perfect, 5 minute walk to William Wallace mount and a bus right outside the hotel to main center which was 10 mins. stunning views of mountains and lakes,staff very polite and friendly

This hotel was a very convenient location. We stayed as a stop off before getting to the airport. The host was very helpful and kind. We had a large spacious room and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone.

The room was exactly like the photographs; spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of variety of both hot and cold items. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There were four of us in our party and we all enjoyed our stay.

You can see it is old, and the mattress was not so confortable. But other than that, it looks really good and has a royal feel to it. Location is perfect and the car park is big.

My room was big with a good ensuite bathroom. It was quiet at night an had ample parking. The hotel has a restaurant and pub, which was convenient since there otherwise is not much nearby. I like walking down to the nearby nature reserve.
