Location and the feeling of space within a very busy hotel. The bar and food services were varied and tasty. The car was parked easily and access to surrounding areas of interest (beach was a hike) by foot was great.

Our room in the Vine House was lovely, very comfortable and unique having a little sitting room upstairs. Breakfast was just right and the staff were very attentive. We were very pleased with the care given to storing our bikes safely.

The gardens were really pretty and peaceful. The staff were excellent and really helped out when we needed. The room was clean and tidy, with a selection of coffee and tea options.

The food, staff and location as we wanted to be brancaster beach. The bedrooms we had were clean and comfortable. We had a fantastic evening meal in the restaurant which had a wonderful cosy, welcoming atmosphere.
