The customer service was great. The gentleman on site who also drives the courtesy van was very helpful in helping me get my car uncovered from snow. He went above and beyond and is a star!

The room and bed where very comfortable the only thing we did not like was the hot water in the shower was not hot it was Luke warm we did not use the jacuzzi because of the water temperature

The price. The location and the room. Second time staying here before we fly out and would do it again if everything stays the same. Love that we can leave the car for a reasonable price. And the shuttle service is a huge bonus.
