No breakfast included with stay and had to pay for parking.. For the past five or so years the places we have stayed at for our anniversary have all came with breakfast and parking.

Nice location, great rooms, clean, quiet, bed was comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. KATRINA was there for check-in. She is lovely! Very welcoming.
