Loved the location. It was close to shopping and all kinds of cute restaurants. The hotel itself was beautiful. ALL of the staff were the most helpful and friendliest!

The staff were amazing and very accommodating. The hotel had all the amenities you could think of, right down to beach chairs and beach towels. The Palms was excellent. Location perfect.

They had a lovely complimentary breakfast which included hot selections and an afternoon complimentary wine and cheese. The rooms were clean and comfortable. And the staff very helpful and accommodating.

Great hotel in a perfect location. The staff are just amazing starting with the hotel general manager and including the rest of her team. This is the place to stay in Charleston.

We did not like the breakfast. You can have breakfast at the lobby/ bar or in your room. We had it in the room. The avocado toast was not good. The eggs were not good

Súper Comfortable beds, linens and pillows. Staff is wonderful ! Location is excellent. Loved having the complimentary coffee, fruit and pastries just outside your bedroom door 😊

The friendliness of the staff. The really comfortable bed. The fireplace and air conditioner. The weather swung from warm to cool we used air the first 2 nights and the fireplace the next 2.
