When I arrived, the hotel staff noticed my room was upstairs, and I have some limitations currently. She quickly reassigned my room. It was perfect, easy walk to elevator, up the the spa and pool area. It's just a fabulous time.

This location is very close to the entrance of Mt. Rainer, it has a restaurant with delicious food and the perk of having a hot tub after a long day of hiking was amazing! The room was clean and beds comfortable.

I liked the rooms, they were spacious and clean and very peaceful. the hotel was clean and the staff were very nice. the continental breakfast was quite delicious especially tye rice bowl.

Honestly everything. The place was nice, the location was clean and nice. The staff was incredible, they were super helpful and very welcoming, especially at 11:30 at night. The food was delicious.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent every day. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms exceptionally clean. They had FREE laundry facilities and a super awesome gym.
