The room was very clean with all of the requirements for our stay of 2 njghts & the bed also was very comfortable . The bathroom was spacious with good water pressure . The hot water supply came quickly & didn't waste water to get hot water for a shower or use the basin. Reception gentleman was very pleasant & welcoming. A very pleasant motel & service

Very clean and comfortable, owners are very committed to making your stay as good as possible. The lady owner went so far as to turn my room heater to a toasty 28 prior to my arrival on a chill Ballarat winter day! My regular Ballarat choice for accommodation every visit.

Friendly and helpful owner, nice to have human contact rather than a 'keybox'. Recommendation for the Ballarat golf club for dinner was excellent, the food was exceptional and very reasonably priced. Modern and picturesque surroundings looking out onto the golf course.

Warren is always so friendly. Place is always clean. Small thing - but they give you real milk for your coffee :)

The staff and owner are very committed to the customer, the rooms are clean and tidy, and certainly fit for a three/four day stay. The location is great, near to the city but away from the bustle, near to shops if needed. At this price point this is the pick of the Ballarat accommodation choices.
