Nice ambience, great location with ample off-street parking. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The motel is close to all the local attractions on offer in Mackay. A great spot to base yourself from when travelling in and around Mackay.

It was clean and had everything we needed for a short one night stay. The staff was very helpful because we checked in after hours.
The lady at the reception was so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that my family was comfortable. The room was really clean.
