the location, the room overall, the breakfasts were nice. had to make a safety deposit of $100 cash (due to not having a valid bank card), but that's fine Wi-fi signal barely reached my room and was disappearing continuously

The hotel is located in a great location at the southern end of Hyde park. Public transport and many city attractions are within easy walking distance. The bed was very comfy, the room had everything needed, and was very clean. Everything worked fine. Yes the room was very clean and tidy. The staff at this hotel were excellent. They were warm, friendly and very wellcoming. The personalised attention i recieved was so appreciated.

Excellent customer service! The best welcome I’ve had in a long time. As most of these check in experiences are tedious with staff the man that welcomed me was so friendly and bubbly! I also had an issue with my booking date and it was amended so quickly! Would recommend and would stay there again. The fire alarm had rung at 3am but it seemed to be a false alarm however there was no staff around to clarify wether there was a real emergency or not.

Had everything i needed Parking is expensive

Very clean and lovely large room. No bar for an evening drink.
