Location,closeness to local transport and train station, comfortability in hot weather, great communication with host/manager, cleanness etc
The flat was clean and well-equipped. Instructions regarding check-in was clearly explained by the owner. Localization of the flat was great as well - a metro station is very close to the flat, so getting to the city center was easy. The owner was very friendlly and fast-responding.

Everything was new and clean. Very functional apartment. Very good location.
The apartment was cozy and really warm, comfortable bed and kitchen well equipped for a short stay. The host was friendly and answered really quickly to all our questions and issues.
Self check in and check out were easy and quick.
Location few minutes by car from the main streets so it's perfect if you need to get to the highway, and the metro station is 2 minutes walking.
I also really appreciated that they accepted my 4 cats.
Plenty of (paying) parking places in the streets.
