Location, service, excellent breakfast, cleaning, atmosphere
The service was outstanding. The hotel owned by family members, and they take off their guests as if they are part of the family.
A small family owend hotel, it seems that the whole family is invested in making your stay comfortable and fun. The staff was helpful and kind - from the main desk, to the waitress and the kitchen. The design of the room and the hotel itself was beautiful and updated. The room was as clean as possible. One of the best showers I've had in a hotel.
There is a spa area in the hotel that we didn't get to use.
Breakfast was excellent. In the evening the lobby becomes an inviting and cool looking bar with great snacks to eat, and fun atmosphere.
Location is perfect in middle of town, near restaurants, supermarket, and the cable car. There is a hotel parking.
A perfect apartment. Attention to every detail, very clean, new, and well equipped. The staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. The location is amazing, quiet, near to the center of the village. The best place we visited in Austria.
