Staff was great and tried their best to accommodate with anything they could, even that their English wasn't always good enough to understand you.
Is close to city center, a lot of restaurants and shops around. The staff was super nice and helpful. The room was clean. The garden is perfect.
The room was very clean and tidy. AC worked perfectly. They changed our sheets and towels on request anytime. Staff was very friendly and always prioritising our needs. They asked us if we wanted to drink smth or if we wanted help with the luggage, parking, sunbeds etc. Breakfast in the garden area was very peaceful and tasted better. I could give very good score on location as well, it was very central with several facilities around and several beaches via short walking distance.
The garden where we was eating breakfast and dinner was amazing literaly was wow.
We had a 7 days stay at this hotel and we really enjoyed everything the food was delicious room was big and very comfortable.
Staff was very welcoming and me and my wife felt like home.
Highly recomended you’ll never get dissapointed at your stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Atlantis Hotel & Apartments, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Every aspect of my stay, from the warm welcome at check-in to the comfortable accommodation. The level of hospitality and attentiveness displayed by the hotel staff throughout my stay was remarkable. The room I stayed in was nothing short of perfect. Clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with modern amenities, it provided a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The location was ideal. Situated in the centre of Ksamil, providing easy access to popular Beach Bars and Restaurants, different shops, and public transportation.
