The English idiom "don't judge a book by its cover" it suits perfectly this building from the outside when you first arrive, but the apartment inside it's super clean and recently restored, host was very helpful and kind, definitely we will book again Dibra's apartment if visit again Shkodra city, or recommend to my friends or family.

I'm staying on Nov '23, the host is very friendly & nice. We just walk around to old town around 900meter. Nice town and good hospitality. Host waiting for us to pass apartment keys. Facilities all complete only not have machine dryer, all is perfect.
Nice house, confortable and clean.
Very well equipped kitchen, washing machine.
Available and helpful owners.
Nice value for money.
Quite big and good location, overall very good place to stay
