One of the best hotels I’ve stayed! The staff was super kind and accommodating. The beds are super comfortable and showers are nice! Super value for the price!

Location was perfect, right in the bazaar area & entrance to the steps to the castle. Hotel is new, rooms are exceedingly classy, great views & perfectly outfitted. The hotel bar out front was handy. Restaurants within steps. The staff is superb & obviously well managed. Sergei was amazing at his job, FaceTiming me to direct us to the parking lot & meeting us with Kevin to take our luggage & lead us through the village to Hotel Fantasy. Very professional & lovely team.
The staff is wonderful. The nice lady at the front desk helped me retrieve my hat that I had left on an intercity bus. The waiters at the great buffet breakfast were very attentive. The hotel has an excellent location at the edge of old town. The view across the valley is very nice.
