Loved the pool/sauna/turkish bath/workout room. Loved the room with bathtub. Lovely dining area. The staff and property were top notch!
Great helpful staff and very comfortable big rooms
Excellent hotel, located at the city center, extremely clean and comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Marsida, Eda & Nimet. Loved the breakfast which was included with an efficient and friendly staff Angjela, Nada and Gerti. The housekeeping staff was excellent. We were very pleased with our stay at Golden Palace, Shkodër.
Will definitely come again to this place.
Overall, my experience at this 5-star hotel was excellent. While there were a few areas that could have been improved upon, the overall quality of service, comfort, and amenities was commendable.
The place appears very modern, the restaurant had good food and provided breakfast.
