Mosaic Home is VERY clean (yes, the bathroom too!). Over the past five months, I’ve traveled to four countries and stayed in multiple hostels. Mosaic Home was by far the cleanest—especially impressive given the super-low price per night compared to places I stayed in Montenegro, Turkey, and Moldova.
The kitchen is spacious and comfortable, even for 2–3 people cooking at the same time. The terrace is great—I spent hours there working on my laptop.
The staff are friendly and actually spend time with the guests, creating a nice little community of travelers, many of whom stay for over a month. And they play really good, diverse music!
Oh, and the cats in the yard are sooo cute! ☺️
Well functional hostel - perhaps the best in Tirana? - has a nice balcony view over outside. Inside is cozy tables for meeting other travellers. I like curtains in front of three beds in 10-persons dorm.
