reception girl helped us with luggaes as there is only stairs no lift. the location is really close to the skandergerg square, no need to change to another hotel if you would like to catch luna airport express. only issue is google map could take you walking around the property, just remember to loop up you will see the sign of the hotel on the public road side, and you will find it. shower (to me is important) is comfortable and room space is great.

The staff are very friendly and helpful! Thank you so much for giving me alot of information regarding my trip to Ksamil ! The hotel room are very clean and comfortable.
