Sea Breeze Villa is a recently renovated apartment in Sarandë where guests can make the most of its private beach area and garden. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony. Rooms are equipped with a patio. At the apartment complex, units are equipped with a desk. All rooms come with a kettle, a private bathroom, and free Wifi, while selected rooms are fitted with a terrace and some have sea views. At the apartment complex, all units come with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. A continental, Italian, or vegetarian breakfast is available daily at the property. Guests can eat at the on-site traditional restaurant, which is open for dinner, lunch, brunch, and cocktails. Saranda Bay Beach is a few steps from the apartment, while Sarande Main Beach is a 19-minute walk away.

We loved our stay at Sea Breeze! We really enjoyed that it was a bit out of town so nice and quiet. The small private beach and sunlounges were perfect! Daily breakfast was so fantastic and the staff so kind and friendly. The perfect spot if you are looking to relax and swim in the sea. And a doable 30-minute walk to Sarande. We really enjoyed our stay here, were well taken care of by staff and would highly recommend and stay again!
We were greeted by our host which was really nice and helpful. We could clearly see feedback left on booking being taken into consideration from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, spacious with a comfortable bed. The sea view was really nice but as others said in the comments, it could be improved. The private beach makes this accommodation perfect for an entire vacation. The villa is family ran so you can expect to feel like home. We had dinner which was delicious (we tried the spinach pie as recommended and it didn’t disappoint). The breakfast was different than what we’re used to but still enough to get our day started.
The location was perfect, on the water, quiet with incredible uninterrupted views of the Ionian Sea and Corfu.
The breakfast was generous and changed everyday - yum!
The staff were very friendly and responsive to any request.
The location was great, right in front of the ocean, so you can expect an amazing view during your meals. The hosts were super friendly and everything super clean!
Loved how friendly and welcoming were the staff. They helped us with our baggage even when we checked out. Comfortable beds and very clean room. Breakfast was delicious and the private beach area was spectacular. I would highly recommend this place
