The owners are really nice and welcoming! They don't speak a lot of English but they try, and with the translator we didn't have any problem. There's an awesome beah 10 minutes walking. I would repeat for sure!

inexpensive place in very quiet village between ksamil and sarande, 2 beaches near. there are no markets. wifi was good and stable, room had all needed for 2 days but kitchen would be insufficient for longer time. very nice hosts, washing machine outside, parking inside property. there is a black and white cat at the house, pregnant at the moment. Please, feed her for us.

I highly recommend Vila Celi. Everyone was very nice and kind, is between Sarande and Ksamir which is great. The accommodation has everything you need, even washing machine. I will definitely come back in the future

Wonderful owner who helped us with everything. Helped us find the bus stop in Saranda, told us about all the places to eat and the best beaches in the village. The room was very clean, convenient and comfortable. Incredibly beautiful beaches are literally a few minutes walk from Vila Celi. Also very impressed by the views, mountains and sunset over the sea.
