Our stay was amazing. It felt like more than just a hotel visit.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home. Meriem, the General Manager, helped us choose delicious dishes at the restaurant. She also suggested great places to visit and recommended the best spots for traditional food. Haithem, the Duty Manager, made sure everything went smoothly. He arranged our driver and guide and checked in throughout the day to see if we needed anything.
The hotel had everything we needed. Our room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Every detail was taken care of. We will definitely be back.
