Our stay was amazing. It felt like more than just a hotel visit.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home. Meriem, the General Manager, helped us choose delicious dishes at the restaurant. She also suggested great places to visit and recommended the best spots for traditional food. Haithem, the Duty Manager, made sure everything went smoothly. He arranged our driver and guide and checked in throughout the day to see if we needed anything.
The hotel had everything we needed. Our room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Every detail was taken care of. We will definitely be back.
The hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming. The check in process was fast. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was super with a variety of food which tasted good.
Hotel staff were extremely helpful and gracious, going out of their way when I needed to get some help. The food in this hotel and rooftop restaurant was exceptional, got to try the local Algerian tea. Rooms were clean and well taken care of.
The hotel is well situated, near to Bab Ezzouar Mall and Airport, easy access to the main road to the center of Algiers, parking available, rooms are very comfy!
