The farm setting was very nice. Seeing horses and cows wondering about was great.
When you are at Patagonia, especially the Argentine side, it is a pretty desolate place. Hundreds of kms without any meaningful live presence. Finding a place where you feel at home instantaneously it is a great gift. That's what you get at La Quinta. Sr. Alfredo is a great host and takes care of all of your problems if you were to have any. The room was spacious and well equipped, even with a fridge that's quite rare in Argentina. The breakfast was great also.
It felt more and more like home each day. The location was great, the owners and staff were fabulous and we loved the restaurant too. Very clean, modern rooms on a 120 year old estate. And you can hike right out the door!
