- First and foremost the staff is amazing! They were all very helpful and friendly, it created such a welcoming atmosphere! Be sure to ask them about booking a bus to an alternate trailhead on the Fitzroy/Laguna de los Tres hike so you can catch an additional glacier and skip the uphill part on the normal out & back route
- location is great in the middle of town so you're close to all 3 major trails
- the room is a good size, and you also have a ton of space for storage
- the breakfast is simple, but very good and satisfying! I was there 5 days and didn't get tired of it. the added afternoon snacks is a nice bonus as well
- wifi is good for browsing/making plans (didn't try streaming video)
A comfortable and reasonably-priced hotel in a great location. Wonderful staff. Fitzroy was visible from the room. Nice breakfast including eggs if you wish. Tea in the afternoon. A great restaurant across the street.
The hotel is close to some good restaurants and shopping, plus close to the Cerro Torre trail head. It is cute. We had a view of Fitz Roy from our room. The breakfast is good - eggs, breads, etc. The staff are very pleasant but not as knowledgeable as some.
Excellent place. The breakfast was very good. They even made eggs for us.

I loved the cost, the location, the staff and the facilities. At reception, they were very friendly or guided me for my tours. The breakfast was very complete and delicious.
