Liked the quad room, cozy lounge. Staff were very kind and helpful. Let us use wine glasses fir the bottle we brought,
1. Staffs (Franco & Camille) are so friendly, kind, and very helpful). They are really keen to help you for everything.
2. Cleanliness is so good especially the bathroom (but on the bed are fair; some hairs remaining on pillows, but it was acceptable)
3. Breakfast is also good.
4. Location is quite on the middle of El Chalten.
We're very recommended to you all to stay here. We're very happy staying here.
Best hot shower. After a day of hiking coming back to the hotel and being able to take a hot shower was the best
They accommodated my gluten allergy and provided delicious bread alternatives each day. The view from the second floor common area is exceptional! The location was great. Away from the main road but close to everything.
Good included breakfast and the 24 hour reception was great with the staff able to offer recommendations for things to do nearby.
