Hotel was convenient to downtown but the hills were difficult to handle on foot. The room was clean and comfortable but too hot to sleep without the window open. Breakfast was minimal but tasty.
The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. We arrive at the hotel early, thankfully the hotel has a place to store our luggage's while waiting to check in, we left our luggage's at the hotel, came back to check in. The staff is very helpful and smooth transition. Very satisfied. Breakfast is very good and plenty and has a very nice view of the Beagle Channel. Staff are courteous. Location of the hotel is excellent walking distance from the restaurants and place to book excursions. The hotel is clean and bed is comfy. This place is highly recommended.
The location is just a few blocks from the main street that runs through Ushuaia. It's very near restaurants and stores. Staff was friendly, room was clean, beds were comfortable (with good pillows--a rarity in Latin America!), and breakfast has plenty of options.
Alejo was very helpful about everything, starting from arranging taxi, suggesting good restaurants and such front desk people creates excellent impression about the hotel.
Everything but the front desk staff was outstanding beyond anything I have experienced on my many travels.
