Very comfortable and clean. Didn’t give it a 10 because only 1 bathroom and 2 set of stairs to haul luggage up. Staff was excellent!
We messed up on our end, and meant to check out on on the 24th, not the 23rd (and went on a full day hike without service). Front staff was so kind about the situation and had our stuff packed and stored. They were so kind and forgiving- which was so appreciative as it was a genuine mistake!
Aside from that- the place was also clean, nice and in a great location! I think the best part was the staff- kind and helpful :)
The apartment was new construction to it was fresh and new mattresses. The linens were clean and everything was comfortable. Style was cool and there was tea and instant coffee in the rooms.
Centrally located. Modern room with kitchette. Resident staff was always available.
