Very warm and personal service, in spite of language differences. Friendly. I lost my i phone and they were willing to use translator apps and their English speaking staff helped me for over an hour trying to resolve the problem and contact people. Very generous and kind. In addition, Roxanne, the maid, accompanied me to a store and helped me find an alarm clock so I had something to tell time with, and something to wake me up when I needed it. She translated and supported. Although it is not a brand new hotel, it is very clean! My room was spotless.

Tuve una excelente estadia, limpieza, instalaciones la atencuin del personal, el desayuno incluso me lo sirvieron muy temprano porque sali de excursion.
La ubicacion a mano de todo y la zona muy segura.

El desayuno básico pero rico, la ubicación del hotel muy buena, todos y todas atienden con mucha cordialidad y muy buena predisposición. es sencillo el hotel pero con las condiciones necesarias para que la estadia sea confortable. Lo recomiendo!
