The owner, Heloise, was absolutely helpful, friendly and accommodating. The welcome gift of the locally-made chocolate treats (chaltenos) were a nice touch. Also the homemade brown seedy bread, the jam, coffee and sugar were very much appreciated. The location is close to everywhere. It’s a comfortable place especially when you need to cacoon because of bad weather.

The host Heloise was friendly, helpful and responsive to questions. We ended up staying longer than planned because we liked it so much. Great location and close to restaurants, shops and trails. Plenty of space for two people. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was adequate. We really liked this studio!

Helouise was great at communicating and provided me with transport options. The flat is spotless, comfortable, tastefully decorated and in fantastic location. The temperature of the flat and hot water is also perfect, ideal for when you've returned from a chilly hike. I would highly recommend staying here if you are spending time in glorious El Chalten.
