Staff are really friendly and receptionist available even past midnight. we came back from a night out around 2am and lost our key card, tried calling the hotel while we are at the restaurant and no one is picking up. But thankfully there is someone to help us get inside when we arrived and issued a replacement card.
They also allowed us to check in early(good thing there is already a room available). But if they are fully booked, they can definitely store your luggages.
Our superior double was spacious and quiet. Water pressure in the shower is good. We stayed two different times, before and after doing the W trek. Both times we had a superior double, one on the 6th floor and one on the 8th floor, so we didn't hear any noise from the street. The front desk staff were nice and the breakfast, upstairs on the 11th floor was good. Overall our stay was ok, just didn't seem worth the price as compared to others in BA. Personally, I prob wouldn't stay there again...we were there because that was the hotel G adventures chose for our w trek trip.
Close to shops, restaurants and great customer service staff
Good, basic, no frills hotel. Our room had a kitchenette and was spacious. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure. The location worked for us...easy to walk to restaurants and main streets
The staff was helpful, kind, and very easy to speak to (: very nice energy.
