In the city center, walkable to almost everywhere, you can find shops nearby. Good price/quality ratio. The host was very responsive and helpful. Very close to Yerevan State University.

The location is great, the apartment is huge and very quiet. The owner was very helpful to get information on transport and tours
Large apartment in a convenient location close to the center of Yerevan. Very friendly and smiling host, easy communication.
The flat has an old fashioned vibe, as shown on the very accurate photos. Very complete kitchen, stocked with water, coffee and tea upon our arrival, as well as all cooking necessities. Large bedroom (and we had the good fortune of getting a brand new mattress during our stay). Good bathroom, great water pressure, and everything very clean. Neighborhood felt safe, we would definitely book here again in wonderful Yerevan!
