The food was delicious and homemade, and the host was very helpful. The place is near the aeroport which was exactly what we needed.

Well, for starters.. It's a very quiet and peaceful place, located not so far from the airport. The owner & his employees are respectful at any way and they are willing to help all the time! And service of stuff is very very personal.. just be open about yourself to them and you will be surprised how much will it improves your experience!

I forgot the name of the staff but me and my friends call her Rosie, she was so kind and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here because of her.

Excellent hotel, with a very nice owner, Gevorg. He was very helpful, always around, and gave the bet service. Room (deluxe) was very comfortable, clean, with everything that you need, and a beautiful view over the mountain of Ararat from the window. Breakfast was really great: always fresh, different every day, and so much food that would be enough for full day. If you want, Gevorg would cook for you very good food any time for a very affordable price. There is transfer from/to the airport if you need, with an affordable price. Hotel has a very nice court, with a pool and resting area. Staying to this hotel is an enjoyable experience, feeling more like home. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Gevorg! We'll come back to stay at your hotel every time we come to Yerevan.

Awesome friendly staff, picked me up at the airport in the middle of the night. The location is great, and the room was clean.
