Clean, organised, quiet area, friendly stuff, there is small terrace outside where u could chill

They have provided to me much bigger and nicer room than I booked. Just coz it was available at that time. To make my experience in Armenia even better. Seiran was so helpful and kind with any questions I had. Thank you so much

I had nice small room with airconditioning, refrigirator and kattle but without window. I didnt like it in beggining but later I found it not necessary in that local hot weather. Bathroom was big, clean and lighted by big window.. Location of hotel is in quiet street in walking distance to Republic Square. The guy who runs the Art hotel is friendly and very helpfull. I asked him to arrange pick up at airport on day of arrivel and he came personallly at night to pick me up. He helped me to arrange renting a car for day trip and also he helped me to get back my mobile phones lost in taxi during my stay in Yerevan.

Hotel was in good place, near Republic Square, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, the personal was very friendly, hotel had a terqcce beautiful garden, restauraunt bar, reccomend those who want budget good mini family hotel i enjoyed trip

It’s a nice building just a bit outside the main area in Yerevan. A pleasant walk to town or a cheap taxi does the job. I liked the area and the facilities in general. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good!
