The wifi is very fast. The room is big, there is a good equipped pantry in the room. Owner and staff are helpful and friendly
Wonderful hosts! Martin and Anush are friendly, knowledgeable and positive people. Cozy and relaxed atmosphere, great possibility to meet other guests. Martin organised airport transfers and took us for several excellent tours for a very reasonable price. Confortable and fully functional rooms. Quiet and safe neighborhood, and at the same time very close to the center of Yerevan. Great value for money.
Staff were superb and very helpful. She also helped us with the luggage storage and booked us a taxi to the airport at a great price. Another good thing was the awesome breakfast.
The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, cooked differently every morning with a mother's care and attention. The local cherries and strawberries were exceptional! We even had a welcome snack of coffee and fruit, which was exactly what we needed. The genuine and exceptional hospitality truly won us over. The house is located just beyond the city center ring, but still easily and safely reachable on foot in 15 minutes. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.
A briliant family run place just outside of the city center. The hosts are very hospitable, the host lady prepared us lavish tasty breakfasts every morning. The room has everything you need even for longer stay. Our flight out of Yerevan was at 11.30 pm and there was no issue leaving our luggage for the whole day until it is time to leave Armenia. I definitely recommend this place for stay!
