I loved the location and the staff.They were highly professional very helpful especially the girl in reception Armine She spoke good english which is rare to meet in hotels in Armenia and sh gave me a nice and clean room ! Its a grate hotel for the price
very neat and clean , housekeeping and reception staff are friendly and very professional
There is a pool which is great to have during the burning august days, though the water was cold to stay long. The staff was extremely nice and caring, understanding and helping with any request we had.
I loved it! It was very charming, and the staff were incredibly pleasant. We loved the balcony and the breakfasts.
The location is far better than good but not excellent. Maybe this is the best neighbourhood in the city unless you prefer the city centre proper. My room had a very good window view.
