Lilia is a great host!
Clear communication and very friendly. Very nice neighborhood.

The biggest star of Lilia Guesthouse is the hostess' mum! She is always seen busy with cleaning the kitchen, offering coffee, tea, snacks and fruit. Even though the mum and the hostess cannot speak much English but their loving-kindness and caring attitudes make up for the shortcoming (Google Translator is my means of communication with them). I was so fortunate to be included in their family lunch when I was served homemade Armenian borscht soup and lavash! This is a truly family-run estbalishment. I get to experience first hand typical Armenian family life. Lilia Guesthouse definitely is the right place for the immersive experience of Armenia.

Very comfortable place it feels like you are at home. The owners of house very friendly and polite.
Host family are lovely people and they ready to help you any problem you've faced. Very clean and comfortable room. Good location in 15 min from city center.
