The hosts were excellent and the view was amazing! The whole stay was wonderful. The living arrangements were very comfortable, we had a whole floor to ourselves and everything was very clean and tidy. The check-in was very simple and the hosts were extremely kind. They invited us to a delicious BBQ outside on their balcony and afterwards, we picked and ate fruit from their many fruit trees in the garden. Breakfast was also delicious. The location is fantastic! You don't get a view like this anywhere else. It is a short and simple taxi or bus ride into the city centre and it is totally worth it for a sunset view of Mt Ararat. We would 100% stay here again. Thank you Armine! We will come back!

Lovely place!!! Deep in greenery like a forest and so close to the center! I booked this place for a reunion dinner and for one of my friends to stay overnight. Great food, comfortable room and clean facilities. The house is located on top of the hill with about 5-6 C temperature lower than the center. Fresh and cool air, wonderful view and nice breakfast was provided in the fruit garden. We will come back for other occasions !! See you !!!
