We had a great time in this beautiful family hotel. Alex the manager was very kind, he suggested places to visit, arranged our pickup from the airport & our transport to Tblisi. We also enjoyed the nice breakfast every day.

We had a great stay at this family-run hotel in Yerevan. The location couldn’t be more central, the room was new, very big and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, freshly prepared every morning - a mix of local dishes and international classics. We generally love supporting small businesses and connecting with the places we visit through accommodations like this one and it was an excellent choice in Armenia. The place is very authentic, tastefully decorated and charming. It was also great value for money. The host (Alex) is very kind and helpful, they provided airport transfers, help with directions, recommendations, amenities and even a lovely departure gift. They can also arrange day tours but we didn’t use this service on this occasion. We would definitely choose staying at this hotel again!!

Alex and the family who hosted us were extremely helpful weeks before our stay and followed up after we had arrived back home to make sure everything had been up to expectations. The location is supeb, but what makes this hotel truly unique is the facilities and staff. I could not recommend a better hotel in Yerevan.

This family- owned hotel is simply homey. It’s in central location to many sites in Yerevan. Alex was nice enough to meet me in person upon my arrival and also checked on me after I left. The breakfast is decent and homemade. The entire premises and room are clean. But what I enjoyed the most was when the owner played piano brilliantly and it was a bizarre experience overall. I felt safe being a solo traveler and I definitely recommend it! Thanks to all for making my stay one of a kind.
