The accommodation is really good but surrounded by a very dirty and poor area, so don't be negatively impressed while approaching the accommodation. It is located 5-10 minutes walk to the monastery. The rooms are good and very clean. The breakfast was the hilight. It's very simple but bery intimate. A variety of local jams was served with bread, cheese, boiled egg, and tea. We also asked for Armenian coffee and the lady promptly served us. All in all it's was a good overnight stay.
