The staff were really kind, supportive and helpful, room is very clean and huge.
The rooms are really nice and ok, though a bit expensive for a hotel in the appartment building and next to the construction site (Yerevan is expensive).

This is a very spacious apartment in downtown Yerevan nicely tucked away from the noisy main streets. The staff is very caring and helpful, they there at any time of the day to help you out in every possible way. We had a complimentary cake and wine after they found out we had a birthday of a family member and it was a very nice touch.
Very spacious 2-bedroom apartment, comfortable and clean. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. We enjoyed our 6-night stay.
