The staff does not speak too much English despite their airport transfer driver. However all they do everything to get understood and understand the guests. They are prepared with translator apps so that is helpful. The staff is super kind, bring the food to the room, and respond to any question. I should also tell that in writing communication they are even more talkative, so could organize the transfers seamlessly. The property's cleaning was also above the expected. The breakfast and dinner were fine. I really liked the view on the lake and the ducks and that friendly orange cat (maybe Garfield himself) around. A friendly note to other travelers: Take care about the hot-cold water. There is hot water but open the cold part. :) It may be true at other hotels too that sometimes those are incorrectly signed.
