Our room was upgraded to a bigger one and it was clean.
Location, service, cleanliness, comfort, variety of breakfast choices, most of all very nice staff.
The air conditioner was not heating, at the night it was a bit cold and I was not able to heat the room a bit
This is my second time in yerevan deluxe hotel.. very good hotel .
I loved the service from the receptionist and housekeeping was very attentive. However, the location is quite far from the city center. I would appreciate if they use the airconditioner than the heater.
