The staff was helpful and friendly. We really liked the pool, restaurant and bar. Rooms had everything we needed. It was a great place to stay near the airport on both ends of our Belize trip, and was easy to pick up/drop off for tours. There was no elevator, which was tricky for a few in our party, but they helped carry bags so we made it work.

Great staff, kind, friendly and helpful. The indoor/outdoor restaurant in the resort is also good. They also have a bar. Shuttle pick up is efficient and drop off is convenient to anywhere in the city and airport, with a fee.

Restaurant served delicious food and the staff was amazing! The location was very convenient and located in a safe place. The tour staff went above and beyond to help us book our excursions!

The rooms were very nice and the hotel grounds were beautiful. The pool area was just as pictured and there was always fresh towels. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful
