Its great location, the room was super clean. Highly recommended.
The hotel owner is a very kind man. We arrived late, so he made us supper in his restaurant after closing hours.
We also departed early, and he offered to make us sandwiches,so we wouldn't loose our breakfast.
We are very greatful for his kindness and recommend this hotel as a very nice and cosy place to stay in.
Location was brilliant for Sankiyski skii school and the gondala and for food but nicely hidden so it wasn't noisy at night! Brilliant views on the room balcony for the new years fireworks.
Breakfast was varied and the owner catered for Vegetarians after requesting it. Fabulous and tasty!
Service was exceptional. Warm welcome, warm goodbye! Would definitely choose this place again if I go back to Bansko.
Mr. Zdravko, our host, made us really feel at home and was very kind and generous.
Big room, everything we needed was provided for, carefully prepared breakfast.
For our next trip to Bansko we will surely stay here again.
Great location, close to ski area, but far enough away to be quiet at night. Nice big warm room, hot shower, variable breakfast each day. Friendly accommodating owner, ski and boot storage room.
