Everything about our stay was exceptional. The place was perfect for my friend and me. The hot tub and sauna are great after a day on the mountain. The owner was very helpful with everything. I would definitely stay here again.
The sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi were great! The room was spacious, it offered plenty of room and a decent set of kitchen cutlery and utensils. The location is both within walking distance of the town center and sufficiently quiet. The parking spot was alright!
Good location - close to Bansko centre and Gondola lift. The room was clean and quite spacious, with a nice balcony, the beds were comfortable and the staff seemed to place new toilet paper rolls in the bathroom whenever it was needed.
Very friendly staff, complimentary spa with free access well maintained, convenient location. No problems with noise since we were there off season.
I like that the staff are very nice and helpful, rooms are cleaned every two days and that the spa area was clean every time we went there.
