Big parking spaces, allways one free, no matter the time. Big rooms, nice bathroom. Nice balcony.
Food was better than expected. Rooms were clean. The small indoor swimming pool was a plus for the kids.
Perfect location with beautiful mountain views in a quiet, relaxing area near Bansko Resort. Our room was spacious and very clean. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

It all functions if you ask for it! I've never seen such enthusiastic and helpful staff- from front desk, to the restaurant and the spa. Great service!
